OUR ISO CERTIFICATIONS
In order to provide all of its customers with services that meet their requirements, Delta Plasturgy has been committed to a quality approach since 1999. Its production site has been ISO 9001 certified since 1999 and in compliance with the 2015 version since December 2017.
Manufactures relating to safety helmets receive a UTAC declaration of production conformity annually and certain helmets carry the NF mark.
We are also part of a voluntary application process of the ISO 26000 standard – Social and Environmental Responsibility. This standard provides broad guidelines for companies to act responsibly.

OUR CONTROL EQUIPMENT
- A helmet shock resistance test device;
- 1 measurement column on marble allowing measurement of precise dimensions on parts which are not easily accessible with conventional measurement tools;
- 1 profile projector for precise angle and clearance measurements, as well as controlling small components;
- 1 binocular microscope with actual magnification at x2, x4, x6 and x8;
- 1 630x400mm marble unit (Class 0) and Control cube on black granite measuring 250x150x150mm
- 1 external micrometer unit at 0.001 mm and 0.01mm with a capacity of 0 to 50mm
